Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GiftPrint Shopify app ("the App"), operated by Sole Proprietor Artem Danylov (FOP Danylov Artem), Tax ID 3459515134, trading as PG ArtLab ("GiftPrint", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
GiftPrint is a Shopify app that generates printable gift note cards from gift messages attached to Shopify orders. PDF generation runs in the merchant's browser; GiftPrint's server provides authentication, settings storage, billing management, and usage tracking.
2. Eligibility
You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on that store. The App is intended for business use by merchants.
3. Plans and billing
GiftPrint offers three plans. Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API; GiftPrint never processes your payment details directly.

Prices are in USD and subject to Shopify's transaction fees. Shopify may apply additional taxes based on merchant location.
4. Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation
- Merchants can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time from Settings → Plan & Usage inside the App.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately and is handled via
billing.cancel(). Shopify applies prorated refunds for the unused portion of the billing period according to Shopify's standard billing policy. - Downgrading from Pro to Starter cancels the current subscription and creates a new one via Shopify's billing approval flow.
5. Refunds
All refunds are handled through Shopify Billing under Shopify's standard merchant billing terms. GiftPrint does not process refunds outside of Shopify.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to print content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, usage counters, or server-side billing gates.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the App without written permission.
- Disrupt, overload, or probe the App's infrastructure.
7. Uninstallation and data
Uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin ends your subscription and triggers Shopify's shop/redact webhook 48 hours later, at which point all stored shop settings and usage counters are deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Service availability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" on a best-effort basis. GiftPrint does not guarantee any specific uptime, latency, or feature stability. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur without prior notice.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftPrint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftPrint's total liability arising out of or related to the App is limited to the fees paid by the merchant to GiftPrint in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. GiftPrint is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Ukraine at our registered address, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
